Cabinet and furniture manufacturers need components that hold a consistent size, square edges and a clean surface run after run, because a part that is off by a sixteenth of an inch stalls an assembly line. Our panel sizing equipment and CNC router hold those tolerances across plywood, MDF and particle board, whether the run is a single pallet or several truckloads.
We supply internal cabinet components, structural furniture arms and frame parts, and cut-to-size panel stock ready for edge banding or finishing further down your line. Material choice — Southern Yellow Pine or Russian Birch plywood, MDF, particle board or hardboard — is yours; ours is holding the cut.
