What materials do you work with?
We cut and machine OSB, melamine, plywood (including Southern Yellow Pine and Russian Birch), particle board, MDF, hardboard and industrial dimensional lumber.
What size orders do you take?
Volume ranges from pallet-sized jobs to multiple truckloads. Our panel sizing and CNC equipment is set up to run either without changing our process or tolerances.
Do you machine parts, or only cut panels to size?
Both. We cut panels to size and, on the same equipment, machine precision parts on our CNC router — edges, rounded corners, angles and drilled holes.
Can you warehouse finished components for us?
Yes. We offer just-in-time inventory and warehousing options against a standing purchase order, releasing components on a schedule that matches your consumption.
How do you ship finished orders?
Van, flatbed and container loading, plus less-than-truckload and drop-ship options for smaller orders.
What do you need from us to quote a job?
A drawing or cut list with dimensions and tolerance, material and thickness, any edge or hole detail, and the quantity you need. Send it through our Request a Quote page and we'll follow up.
