Custom crates, skids, pallets and box parts built to protect what you ship, sized to your product rather than a stock crate.
A stock pallet or an off-the-shelf crate is a compromise: too much material where your product does not need protecting, not enough where it does. We build to your dimensions instead — custom shipping crates, skids, boxes, pallets, end boards and material dividers cut from OSB, plywood or dimensional lumber, sized to the product going inside them.
Because we cut the panel stock ourselves rather than buying pre-sized blanks, we can hold tight tolerances on crate and pallet components at the volumes packaging operations actually run at — from a single pallet of parts to multiple truckloads — and load out by van, flatbed or container.
