Our Process
From quote to shipped part: how Beecher & Myers takes a cut list from order intake through panel sizing, CNC machining and quality control to your dock.
From Quote to Shipment
Every job runs through the same five stages, whether it is a single pallet of parts or a multiple-truckload order.
- 01
Quote & Review
We review your drawings, cut list or sample part, confirm material and quantity, and quote turnaround.
- 02
Panel Sizing
Stock — OSB, melamine, plywood, particle board, MDF or lumber — is cut to size on our panel sizing equipment.
- 03
CNC Machining
Parts move to the CNC router for precision cuts, edges, rounded corners, angles and drilled holes.
- 04
Quality Control
Finished components are inspected against specification before they leave the production floor.
- 05
Ship or Warehouse
Orders go out by van, flatbed or container, or into just-in-time warehousing against your purchase order.
Built for Flexible Volume
Because panel sizing, CNC machining and quality control all happen under one roof, we can flex a run from pallet-sized to multiple truckloads without adding steps or handoffs — the same process, the same tolerances, at whatever volume the order calls for.
