Quality Policy
How Beecher & Myers holds precision cuts and consistent specifications across every panel sizing and CNC machining run.
A cut list is only useful if every part on it matches. Our quality policy is built around that simple standard: components leaving our facility should measure the same on the first pallet as the last one, whether the order is ten parts or ten thousand.
How We Hold It
- Order specifications are confirmed against drawings or samples before a job is scheduled
- Panel sizing and CNC machining equipment is set up and verified at the start of every run
- Components are inspected in-process, not only at final packout
- Non-conforming parts are flagged and corrected before they reach staging
- Finished orders are checked against the original cut list before loading
Continuous Improvement
Our flexible, hands-on staff reviews recurring issues and equipment performance to keep tolerances tight as jobs change — the same approach that has carried the company through more than 70 years and four generations of ownership.
