We've published a formal Quality Policy outlining how we hold specifications across every order — from confirming drawings before scheduling to in-process inspection and final checks against the original cut list. The practices described aren't new; formalizing them gives customers and prospective customers a clear reference for how we work.

Every December, carrier capacity and warehouse throughput tighten industry-wide as shippers push to close out the year. If your order needs to ship before year-end, we recommend getting cut lists and purchase orders to us as early in the fourth quarter as possible so we can hold your place in the production schedule.

Customers on a just-in-time warehousing arrangement should confirm their release schedule with us in advance of the holiday period to avoid any gap in delivery.
